Location very walkable and quiet

Not much. A bit dated but everything worked.

Location was good. Service was terrible. They locked me out Friday night, and still charged me for staying there.

I booked a stay last Friday-Sunday. I made the reservation Friday night, and management rejected my check-in request—I was arriving +3 hours from making the reservation online. My check-in time was rejected, the property was closed down. And there was no way to get into my room for friday night. I had nowhere to go, and slept in my car that night on the street. I am still being charged for Friday night and this is not acceptable to me. Please return my money for Friday night since you provided no services to me, and you lost nothing. I should not have to pay $1000 mxn to sleep outside the hotel in my car.

The view from the main hotel is outstanding and the property behind is good as well.

Para lo que cobran no vale la pena, el clima casi no enfría si hubiera más calor afuera no se aguantara el calor, nos dieron un cuarto atrás del hotel no tenía vista al mar, ni wifi

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL (unless you are on the run and trying to hide out in a hell hole!) The stench of rotting fish was atrocious and completely horrible. The ongoing new construction was intolerable. There was no hot water in the shower and the air conditioning was super loud and inefficient resulting in horrible conditions. The staff were far less than helpful.

Lovely location right on the beach. Always something going on there: surfers, boats going out whale-watching, fishermen. The hammock was great. Friendly, helpful staff and a good restaurant. We opted for a suite with a kitchenette which gave us more flexibility.

Its right on the main street through the village so traffic noise begins around 6am. Could have provided more/better utensils (e.g. a coffee pot!) and trash cans with lids.

Location and hospitality!

Room dirty. Never go back there again. We had to cancel and pay 20% fees.
