Didn't have breakfast and the location was nice

Everything was nice The Encore Resort did not allow you to use their amenities but overall it was a nice family oriented resort!

parking was so far our building we had to depend on being picked and dropped off to our vehicle.

There are not many positive things to say about Spectrum aside from the location to Reunion Resorts and the location to Universal Studios/Disney/Sea World.

Our unit was grungy. We were excited to stay here and jumped at the opportunity to rent a unit when we saw that they were available. We visited Reunion last year and noticed the new units being built. We were told they’re so new that they have not even had a grand opening yet, the condition of our unit told a different story. The carpets were stained, there was blood on the wall and one of the comforters, the dressers fell apart as we opened them and we had to do an incident report for our 6yr old son. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall in the master suite bath. The dishes were put away dirty, the washer smelled like mold. The floors were not swept, mopped or vacuumed. Maintenance was supposed to come fix our issues however the only time they attempted to do so was 10pm and I wouldn’t let them inside as our children were sleeping. We went to the front desk multiple times to voice our concerns and nothing was done. This resort is very poorly maintained. We deeply regret booking this unit and wish we would have stayed within the main Reunion Housing.

The condo was nice, all the bedrooms were very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place over and over again.
