"A 10/10 stay. We LOVED it!"

We stayed 3 nights at Meliá as a group of 8. Enjoyed every single moment. Big shout out to Mikaela and Matthias for making us feel so welcomed and comfortable from the beginning. All our needs were met, rooms were spacious and very clean. The facilities were great and they had a private area on Sunny beach which was enjoyed. Our favourite things were the refreshments and the slides, so much fun was had! Definitely recommend this hotel.

Храната е много хубава. Персонала е много отзивчив, особено екипа на анимацията. Хигиената е на високо ниво също.

Спа центъра може да се подобри и да е включен в цената на престоя. Вместо машини за вода на етажите (тубите отдолу с водата не са чисти) сложете малки хладилници с бутилки от 330мл.

"מלון טוב מאוד"

מיקום מצויין. ממש דקות מטיילת וקרוב מאוד לנסבר. חוף ששייך למלון, הכל כלול, שפע של אוכל ושתייה, כולל אלכוהול. בריכות ושלוש מגלשות מים. הצוות מקסים ואפילו אחרי שביקשנו, הביאו בלונים ועוגה קטנה ליום הולדת של בתי. ביקשנו צ'ק-אאוט מאוחר יותר וקיבלנו בתוספת תשלום לחדר אחד וזה היה מאוד נוח וחשוב. יש שירותי מוניות למלון והשתמשנו רק בהם. המחירון קבוע, אז אין חשש שיעבדו על מישהו. צוות מאוד אדיב ונעים.

החוף של המלון, בקו המים ואחריו המקומות בתשלום, בשאר החוף אנשים מגיעים מוקדם מאוד ומשריינים מקומות עם מגבות וקשה מאוד למצוא מקום. אותו דבר קורה גם בבריכה של המלון. מלא אוכל, אבל רובו די חסר טעם. מבחר עצום, אבל שוב, הטעם לא משהו. מבחינת ניקיון היה בסדר, היה אפשר קצת לשפר. אין פיקוח לגבי שמירת מקומות בבריכה והמיטות עומדות שעות ריקות רק עם מגבות. המציל לא ממש מתפקד ואף אחד לא אוכף את הבלאגן ומשחקי כדור של אנשים וילדים בבריכה שמאוד מפריעים לאנשים שנחים שם.
