Pool a bit neglected - green algae growing on the bottom of the pool.

The pool and The views were fabulous

Sadly having spent a lot of money on this apartment and it looked amazing from the photos so we were very excited, but we were let down! There was mould in the bathroom, there was No air conditioning as it was broken and despite several calls to the agency they did not offer fans until our last day and I had to do the chasing. The Lake Como Holiday staff were not proactive at all. They offered us a refund of 20% which was not enough considering we cut short our holiday as we were so tired having not slept due to the lack of air con, but were actually only given a 17% refund and they refuse to answer any emails. I usually do not complain as I am pretty resilient but when you have spent good money, you expect a good service. This was horrendous and my family will never recommend this to anyone! The photos show the temperature in the apartment early in the morning which is what we had to try to sleep through and the mould in the bathroom.

Not clean, and some of the kitchen items were not working/broken or dirty.

The views over lake Comk from this location were breathtaking. Nice to receive a welcoming pack. Really good place to relax and enjoy the views. Lots of amenities, including barbecue.

The small bedroom, facing the interior parking would need a window curtain for some privacy. Anyone can look in your room from outside. The pool was situated on top floor and wasn't too good maintained. Ton of leafs in the water and an outside shower was under construction. Lighter from the kitchen to lit up the candles didn't had any gas left an no matches were available. Would have been nice for more romantic evenings.

Fantastic views, clean and tidy. Great having a pool too.

Location isn’t great if you’re wanting to get into menaggio itself without a car. Buses are every 2 hours, and taxis are very very hard to get hold of. Couldn’t find the place to put the bins when we were leaving.
