Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und gut ausgestattet.

Das Hotel liegt an einer 11 spurigen Einfallstrasse, der Geräuschpegel im Zimmer war wie Übernachten auf dem Mittelstreifen. Einen Zimmerwechsel hat die Hotelleitung abgelehnt, mit der Standardausrede "fully booked". Die Preispolitik des Hotels ist der heutigen Zeit nicht angemessen. Trotz der nicht geringen Zimmerrate wird beim buchen inklusive Frühstück, alles ausser einer Frühstücksvariante (z.B. ein Omelett) extra berechnet. Sogar der zweite schwarze Kaffe aus der Pumpkanne. Im Zimmer standen zwei kleine Plastik Wasserflaschen, die sollten 3CAN$ pro Stk kosten. Die Lage des Hotels (zusätzlich zum Lärm der Strasse) ist in einem Viertel der Stadt in dem man nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit nicht unterwegs sein will. Die Nähe der U-Bahn Station ist zwar gegeben, allerdings muss man durch ein nicht enden wollende Unterführung (direkt neben der Einfallstrasse) dort hin laufen. Diese ist auch noch schlecht beleuchtet und wenn es z.B. regnet kann man dort nicht laufen ohne komplett verdreckt wieder rauszukommen.
