Acomodação perfeita, quarto bem limpo, perfeito para um casal em todo os aspectos.

Como fui recepcionado, da atenção, do café da manhã.

Gostei de tudo.

A equipe é muito acolhedora, o restaurante no local nos facilita depois dos longos passeios. O serviço de limpeza é de primeira. As orientações sobre os passeios possibilita um melhor aproveitamento da estadia.

Para ser sincera, adorei tudo.

La camera era sporca, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano macchiati e le zanzariere da lavare - non vi è la pulizia giornaliera delle stanze. Il personale non è disponibile. Inoltre, la pousada non si trova ad Atins, pertanto per raggiungere il centro è necessario un mezzo o taxi (10/15 minuti), a piedi è impossibile.

Gostamos muito da estadia a pousada é muito bonita, quarto confortável e a área externa é muito gostosa piscina muito boa e tudo muito bonito! O ar condicionado gela bem e as camas são confortáveis! O café da manhã é simples mas gostoso. A pousada não fica em Atins, fica num vilarejo bem próximo mas para deslocar a pé fica bem longe então você precisa sempre alugar Transfer.... mas a pousada disponibiliza alguns horários de levar e buscar gratuitamente!

Falta frigobar nos quartos, absurdo. Custo benefício não vale a pena. Longe do centro. Difícil acesso.Faltou água no quarto. Falta profissionalismo, apesar da boa vontade dos funcionários. Na minha opinião precisa melhorar a experiência do cliente.

Clean, boutique type hotel. Didn’t even provide basic amenities such as shower gel and shampoo.

Hotel staff didn’t speak any English at all and were not helpful at all on WhatsApp when I was trying to arrange a transfer via boat to Atins (something you have to if you want to stay in Atins). I already had an issue when I arrived in Barreirinhas, all the transfers to Atins were full, I then texted them via WhatsApp to ask if they could help and did not receive a text back (despite sending the text at 2pm) until 8:30pm in the evening by which point I was forced to book another hotel in Barreirinhas via booking.com as I knew there was no way of getting to Atins. To make things worse when they finally texted me at 8:30 they accused me of being cheap as I didn’t want to fork out over £100 on a private boat transfer when the normal boat transfer is around £10. This was already a bad start. Regardless I arrived with an open mind to see what awaited me. The location is so bad that you need to be prepared that you will have no freedom as you need a transfer to go ANYWHERE. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and not even close to Atins, you will not be able to eat anywhere else other than at the hotel as it is so far away from any restaurants in Atins itself. Also please note NEVER stay here on a Saturday night as there is a night club next to it which plays loud music all night long, it is impossible to sleep. The staff again didn’t even apologise for this. Honestly I loved the day trip to the sand dunes of Lençóis Maranhenses but when I look back on my trip I will always remember how poor this hotel was. If I was to book again I would have booked somewhere in Atins not miles away as this was. It causes a huge headache with having to arrange transport to take you everywhere. It also takes away from the beauty of staying in a place like Atins the fact you are only limited to the hotel grounds, you for example can’t go to the beach which is really nice. The only two free transfers the hotel offers are at 9 in the morning to the beach and at 6 back from the beach.

A pousada é aprazível, aconchegante! e bonita. Fomos muito bem atendidos. O restaurante da pousada é de boa qualidade.

Localização para o Centro de Atins é dificultosa, mesmo com o transfer fornecido pela pousada no início da manhã e no final da tarde.
