"Be careful when booking this hotel!"

28. When we arrived at the hotel, we were very well received by the hotel staff, but it was very bad when we were leaving in the morning. I'm saying this about the reception staff.

I booked a 4-star suite through Booking.com, but when I arrived, I was offered a room that wasn't even a 1-star! After I objected, they changed it, but I still paid an extra 25 Euros on the morning of the 29th. The reception staff were very rude that morning; I don't understand why!
