I paid for a balcony, and when I got there, the front desk person told me the person had stayed another night, and they had no more rooms with a balcony. I need a credit added back . My wife loves to sit out on every balcony room we get with Booking.com, and this 1 day stay was ruined for my wife.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile and made feel like family. We looked at rooms first and was very pleased with the cleanliness and size of the rooms. Rates were very reasonable. We will definitely stay here on any trips back to Safety Harbor
