Candlewood Suites - Safety Harbor by IHG

It was close to family. And about a 10 minutes drive to Clearwater beach

When you needed something they never had it like we had 4 ppl 3 of us being girls so we use 2 bath towels each and they never had enough to give us we always had to wait

The hotel was nice. Front desk was very professional and courteous.We stood there two nights. The first night we had no a/c. Two visits from maintenance who advise us to allow time for air to work. The A/c never came on..it was very warm and uncomfortable the whole night. The following morning upon leaving the Hotel to visit family we inform the Front Desk clerk who was very helpful.she advise she will get the top maintence to go up to our room to check on A/C. When we got back to the hotel that evening we had a,/c. Another minor problem was the water pressure of the shower was low.m

Location was good and rooms were spacious

The clients were long term and felt like a apartment. People were loud parties. Not best place to rest or sleep. Staff was ok. Management was Not professional. She never apologized and was very defensive. The Sunday manager needs a raise. He did help but too late.

Really clean and spacious rooms with all the amenities.

No breakfast served.

this eas my first stay at a candlewood suites and i was impressed. would not hesitate to use them again on future travel. all decked out for the holudays, the lady on front staff was just exceptional, loved the room and bed with all the pillows... 2 thumbs up!!!

my only issue was i was having trouble getting the jey to work ... it was something i was doing wrong but house staff helped me out with it multiple times, always sith a smile.

The room was OK. Clean throughout, comfortable bed. Could not adjust the thermostat, so we were cold out entire stay. Shower head gave but a trickle of water, so showers took longer than they should have.

Staff was tremendous. Room was clean, spacious and well taken care of.
