Bed bugs

There was no breakfast. the location was near to where I had to go.

The bed wasn't comfortable. The guy in the office has a bad attitude. I booked my reservation on line. When I showed up on Monday (labor day), he tried telling me they were closed and not taking reservations because it was a holiday. Get a grip dude, it's a hotel. Enough with the BS.

My room had roaches and the TV reception kept going out

Actually during my stay I had to live with many cockroaches and not to mention the unpleasant smell of cigarettes. nothing looked like the advertising photos

Roach infested inside the refrigerator toilet always clog up the bed was the worst

Helpful staff after hours - got locked out. Refrigerator and Bathroom were very clean. Other residents stay to themselves. VERY well lighted at night. Walmart, Outlets and restaurants are very close.

I would not recommend this place for a female staying alone. My room was a bit run down. The table, dresser, cabinets and bedside table were sticky, not as clean as the “triple checked” policy implies. I had to wipe everything down and spray disinfectant all over. (I am not OCD). The carpet was very worn and soiled; threadbare in places. So bought slippers to put on immediately upon entering and to wear anytime I was walking around. Also bought a doormat and small rug for beside the bed. Get some good ear plugs and you will sleep fine. There are families with small children living here. Be prepared and have patience with them. Use the stairs - some sketchy folks in the elevator area at times.
