Localização e infraestrutura do Hotel; quarto (tamanho e mobiliário); cama confortável

Internet péssima; wifi não ativava no quarto (1o andar); portanto, nem me possibilitou trabalhar e muito menos usufruir da TV a cabo ou por streamings do meu celular. Para trabalhar tive que ir ao saguão onde o wifi funcionava com certa estabilidade; Chuveiro funcionava por meio de aquecedores; na chegada ao Hotel (domingo perto do horário do almoço) já não havia água quente e também na manhã de segunda (entre 07h00-08h00). Muito desconfortável isso! Ninguém merece tomar banho frio, embora entenda que alguém possa gostar disso....

Sempre ficamos hospedados nesse hotel, dessa vez chegamos às 14hs e a recepcionista disse que o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Pelo valor, deveria estar tudo pronto para o hóspede.
