Food was really very good n tasty . Ambience was also very nice n hygienic Abhay n team made sure we have an everything on time and they took really good care of us during our meal time. All in all our experience was good.

Very bad experience at Ginger this time. The room was under repair and felt unsafe due to faulty and blinking lights, open & Direct electrical connections, broken windows, and a non-working flush. There were also mosquitoes in the room, making the stay uncomfortable. Basic services like towels and doormats required daily follow-ups with reception. The reception staff was unhelpful with room complaints, and the restaurant team showed poor service and attention only to specific guests. Only Mr. Abhay Pratap Singh was professional, honest, and supportive. Overall, staff behavior and service were disappointing. I have taken Videos also but here no option available for uploading videos.
