"The most disrespectful worse treatment I have ever received"

They would not give me a room. They had me mistaken for somebody else and said I was in some sort list. I rented the room because I had a medical procedure the next morning so I had to cancel the procedure. My contact with them was extremely disrespectful and argumentative I would not recommend that hotel to anyone and booking.com.sboiimd not support them. And I still have not received my refund which is was told would be a fee for cancellation but I did not voluntarily cancel I was forced to cancel.

Room - especially floor, was not clean. Toilet was crooked and not properly attached. Very run down.
