Paraíso Quetzal Lodge

The bird watching tour was very good. We succeeded in seeing several Quetzals thanks to our guide David The trails around the property are pretty nice as well and the restaurant cozy and serving very good food.

Nachts in der Unterkunft und beim Abendessen sehr kalt. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt aber OK.

Amazing location and views, friendly staff and very well-maintained lodges.

The trail marking was confusing at times and didn't match with the maps.

The location is superb, the views are magnificent, dinner and breakfast were both excellent and dinner was great value. The staff were all extremely helpful. Provision of bedding was ideal considering the chilliness and allowed a very cozy and comfortable night's sleep.

Located at 2700m, it was cold! This was only to be expected but meant footwear was required inside the cabin, as the floor was extremely chilly. Provision of slippers might have solved this minor problem, meaning less chance of making the floor dirty.

Es un sitio mágico. Tiene unas vistas espectaculares y el bungalow es muy agradable y limpio. Hace bastante frío en la zona (cosa que se agradece) y para combatirlo las habitaciones cuentan con calefactor y un montón de mantas. Tiene senderos privados que merece la pena recorrer y un jardín con colibries que es un gozada. La zona común con la estufa puesta, muy agradable y la cena estuvo fenomenal. El ceviche de trucha espectacular.
