Large rooms and a beautiful view There is a pool and spa but did not use

Would be great if the rooms had a kettle and a refrigerator

The room was modern and spacious with a nice view from the balcony. It was clean and the bathroom and shower were good too. Easy location to drive in brixen and other towns around. The young lady on the reception was friendly. Fine for an overnight stay.

Outside of the room itself, the property was a bit odd. We had to wait around for someone to show up at the reception both to check us in and out even though we were within their time blocks for both. We went out for dinner and when we came back there were groups of men hanging out around the entrance and staring at us when we went on our balcony. Not sure if they were related to the hotel or not but it didn’t make us feel the most comfortable. They were also making quite a bit of noise. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, especially for those with allergies like me.. no gluten free bread even when we asked. Also, the wifi did not work well in our room and the pillows were very soft and not too comfortable.

Sehr gutes Hotel in guter Lage mit Ausstattung wie Sauna und Pool und einem herrlichen Blick über Mühlbach. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich, die Sachen frisch, der Kaffee frisch zubereitet. Die Zimmer angenehm groß, alles gut gepflegt und das Personal hat umgehend geholfen, wenn es notwendig war. Wir haben den Aufenthalt und die Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels sehr genossen!
