Plaza Hotel, Preston Lancashire, Sure Collection by Best Western

I liked that the location had lots of greenery. I liked that the beds were comfy. I liked that the bed was big for 2 people. I liked that the keycard was convenient. I liked that igning in was quick. I liked that it was quiet enough to sleep.

I didn't like that there was a biscuit provided that wasn't vegan, it said on the packaging that it had milk as an ingredient, both of us staying that night were vegan and didn't want or appreciate that we were potentially paying for that with our bill.

Everything, Home from home, A special place in a special community, peaceful, close to town where there is a massive Asda, and other necessities, Room was super clean, comfy, spacious, bed especially was nice, hot water all the time, for the price, this is value for money, remember it is not 5 star, whatever they have provided was satisfying, satisfactory and with our comfort in every details. Local pub and food just beside the hotel, staff from reception to cleaning where friendly, if we pass through this area again, my best choice will be hotel

Hotel excellent staff really friendly very helpful. Comfy beds. Bathroom and toiletries good. Breakfast really good very friendly staff member who served us. Will stay again.

Breakfast in tiny reception really bad, never seen anything like it. Poor.

Comfortable mattress and pillows.Curtains that shut fully on one single curtain track, not two pieces !! After flushing toilet continuous noise very annoying. Carpet, furniture, light fittings all seen better day. Before we entered our room the walk up to it the carpets are filthy, I knew then I had made a mistake booking you.

Bed so hard I moved to the single in the room in the middle of the night which was better. We went for breakfast and couldn’t have it as they had no plates until they stole them from my daughter’s table. There were only 8 people eating breakfast. Faulty towers! Could believe the fiasco.

It was a cheap overnight stay when we were meeting friends so we weren't expecting much. Next door to a pub. Free parking. Free WiFi. Simple continental breakfast included.

Room wasn't overly clean. Option for bacon or sausage sandwich in the morning - worst sandwich ive eaten. communal spaces were dark.

Staff so friendly been stopping here for a couple years wouldn't change maybe to dog friendly but over all love it
