Everything is dirty no like

Everything is bad room is not clean have a smell, toilet is not clean, shampoo is no here, everything is bad discipline, I'h not again booking, because everything is dirty and smelly,

Nice and quiet. The check out was contactless and staff was very friendly. However heating was not great and there seemed to be a sex toy sitting at reception when we checked in which was very degrading. Overall it was adequate and would stay again
