The Property Was Vey Neat And Clean

It was quite and nice rooms

They put me in room next to stair door to smoking area and the doors slammed ALL NIGHT LONG

I was never stay in the room I booked they have it away I was coming from out of town bus was late when me and my kids got there it was closed they said come back in the morning 10am I got there that's the hours they open my room was gone already and I booked it ahead of time then they tried to charge my card twice but I took the money off already I think they did not want my kind..

NOTHING was as advertised! Room shown on web page not room at facility. The price quoted with reservation not the price of the room given. They have 7 day pricing, not 9 as booked, except for large additional fee.

there wasn’t much to like about the place. dirty. swore I seen cockroaches.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The staff was rude. The general manager, Sunshine, was far from sunny. She had the demeanor of a drill sergeant. we had mail delivered there and the staff opened it and tried to use the debit card enclosed. we were I. a rush to leave and left a few items in the room. Were told a few hours later that they had thrown them away. who does that. not junk items. An expensive Bluetooth speaker that was a gift from my kids for Father’s Day. To top it off, I was charged $70 to reset keycards due to an outdated system. Ridiculous!!!!!!
