The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. This included the room we stayed in and the dining room and reception. The grounds were well kept and the staff were courteous and extremely helpful with information on the city and with any request we asked for.

Close to bus stop and pedestrian mall. Helpful staff.

Very hot so would have liked AC. Breakfast was overpriced. Patio could be spruced up with flowers.

"Lovely clean hotel close to great public transit and delicious restaurants!"

The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood with excellent access to public transport! There were a few very good restaurants close by! The staff was super! Barbara helped us with our Salzburg card and our guest mobility card!Thomas was personable and professional.

I would have liked a machine with cold drinks on the main level. It was.extremely hot and there was no access to water, pop or beer. Not sure why they closed the bathroom on the main floor?
