The location is a great spot for where it is and that is ALL.

My room was/is completely infested with cockroaches! I've taken numerous pictures of not 1 or even ten, im talkimg over 50 different roaches and flies; every picture stuck to the wall, the sink area, the bathroom, the headboard, the microwave, the coffee pot, the mini refrigerator, the tv box, the tv, the chairs, the bedside drawers, the AC unit, the towels, the lamps, the ceiling, the doors, the bed that i was way too scared to even pull the covers back on so i slept directly on top and still had a roach run past me on the comforter cover. There is no back and forth with property owners(my messages were left on read), the front desk doesn't help except they had it vacuumed the first day after i spotted lots of dead roaches on the carpet. Nice people and i understand a job is a job but this was unacceptable. Found a full set of clothes inside the drawers that wasnt there my first day stay. I've stayed here because my payment was already taken and all other hotels are booked for the event nearby. I need some type of settlement from the stress I've occurred. Everything in this room has had a roach on it or in it during my stay, is disgusting to even try to board people in this room while it has this many roaches around. I feel that they should return half of my money back for this poorly lacking means of basic sanitary decorum. Meanwhile the front desk area away from customers is spotless. Im pretty fed up with this roach motel. It wouldve been a good stay IF it was clean and sanitary.

About the only thing to like was the location.

Furniture was all dirty and stained. Countertops were missing big chips. The towels were stained and thread bare. Pool was closed and there was no breakfast to speak of. Could barely understand the check in clerk and she barely understood us. I don’t usually leave a bad review because I don’t expect it to be a luxury hotel. You get what you pay for usually. But….this was awful. We went next door to Walmart and bought disinfectant wipes and spray before we would touch, or sit on anything. I would highly recommend that you do not stay at this hotel.

Nothing I had ppl screaming and fighting outside my room all night and bugs everywhere

People were fighting outside my room there were bugs so bad we couldn't even have food it was swarming wit h bugs and the workers were no help

Location and price

The bedding was very unclean. There were stains on the bedding that looked like blood stains. Those stains were also in the walls and in the carpet. There were no ice machines that worked. The bathroom door was locked and would not unlock even from inside the bathroom We did not feel safe there even locked inside the room.

The smoke in rooms. Bugs on walls. Just very run down and I had a room there for 3 nights booked thru Expedia and after 3 rooms my family and I just left. I drive truck for a living and seen out houses cleaner then this dump. I can’t even get ahold of Expedia to get my money back so I’m done with you guys 2 after years of using Expedia. Very disappointed all the way around

It wasn't clean the room still had trash in it. And I had to go get towels there wasn't any in the room. They also had trouble with my Reservation

Ended up having to change hotels. Room was horrible. Looked like they had drove around collecting furniture and stuff from trash curbs. Staff was rude and argumentative.
