Staff

The room is humid and that makes it feel colder, the windows don't have the ability to darken so a lot of light comes in in the mornings, and the area is noisy and the windows don't cancel out the noise.

Staff was very friendly, the cleaning personnel was available to check the room prior to occupation

The area seemed a bit industrial and empty but not unsafe.

Sería bueno implementar una lámpara en el Nochero pues la luz de la habitación es muy fuerte y en ocasiones uno quiere una luz más baja

Super amables

Friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient facilities with useful amenities in the area. The artistic theme in the hotel was beautiful. A hotel with character.

I liked the bedroom and staff.

The lack of breakfast options within the hotel luckily the bakery across the street served a delicious meal. 😁

Positives : - nice room, good shower with nice flowrate. - basic functional hotel, good for spending one night on the way to somewhere else - close to Prado transmi station

Negative : - three pillows provided, one was very thick, the other two were like sleeping with your head on wood. I got neckache the next day.

The cleanliness was really good. Staff were friendly
