The hotel was near Kings theatre which we were going to.. The breakfast was really good with plenty choice.

Nothing you could do anything about as our room looked onto the demolition site where the big fire was. It didnt affect us at night as all the work stopped about 4pm. We were only there one night so not really a big problem

Beds were comfy enough and the room was clean

Hotel being used to house refugees, corridors stunk of cigarette smoke, bar/restaurant was closed, no bedside tables, area is a noisy building site.

The room was ok bit the place was far from clean, there was dust every where, on was in need of an upgrade and the restaurant and bar are not open at night so had to go looking for food. Only open for breakfast . One of the reasons we pick it was to eat and have a drink on site.no bath mat for shower not enough tea and coffee

*Room was not clean upon arrival *Bedding dirty and had yellow Staines all over. Asked twice for it to be changed and all they did was turn it inside out and put it back on. *Room was dirty/grubby and unclean *Dust all over the bed/headboard *Building site right outside. This was not mentioned upon booking. The noise and dust from this was a lot. Couldn't open the windows and woken up early every morning. *The restaurant only opens for breakfast and nothing else throughout the day again not mentioned upon booking. *The bar was permanently closed (not mentioned upon booking) I've attached some photos. Unfortunately it wouldn't let me attach the rest of the photos/Video of all the muck and dust. I have put in a complaint, I'm yet to get a reply or even an acknowledgement! I would just like to say, the staff I spoke to were brilliant and really helpful!
