The rooms were great

The entertainment was very boring, and bad quality.

The staff went out of their way to be nice, and the location and the pools were amazing. We received a large room with a great view and enjoyed our stay very much.

The water pressure in the shower was low, the first floor smelled stuffy at times.

Only thing that’s good is the chicken nuggets in the pool

No room service. The food was not eatable. The ac is working only on deep freeze or not at all. No new bed sheets even when asked. No one to help with anything. Very bad experience overall

בריכות מצויינות, מרווחות, מים נעימים לא הרגיש עמוס למרות שהמלון היה מלא . האוכל היה מגוון . הנוף מהחדר משגע. צוות אדיב.

החסרון העיקרי זה שאין מתקנים לילדים כמו גימבורי, מגלשות וכו (יש משחקיה מאוד קטנה שעבדה בשעות מצומצמות ושימשה בעיקר לעבודות יצירה) . בנוסף חדר כושר מאוד מיושן.

Very nice hotel, we stayed 3 of us for a week with half board and we liked everything- hotel location, direct sea view, well equipped and clean rooms, all staff was very nice and polite to us. Pools are nice, especially the infinity pool. Food was really nice breakfast mostly the same but very good, dinner changing the thema each night, loved each of them. Special thanks to the staff who is visibly doing their best for the guests to feel good during the stay.

Only one minus I would say was the coctails, but somehow I understand- as we have had half board plan, the coctails we have ordered outside of breakfast/dinner time we had to pay. All good, but they were not the quality we would expect. They were acceptable for level of all inclusive plan, where you could order and drink unlimited, but when you pay, you expect quality. Not a big deal for us as we spent most of time at the beach and took the coctails in local beach bars, but once this would improve we would also consider to spend some more time at the pool bar.
