La professionalità e la cordialità della direttrice della reception. La disponibilità del personale della reception a trovare una soluzione a tutte le esigenze. La colazione proposta accontentava ogni desiderio.

La mia stanza, magari sono stato sfortunato, necessitava di un maggiore ricambio d'aria, in quanto appena entrato era presente un po' di aria viziata.
