For the amount they increase the room rates during concerts here you'd thinglk they'd have some extra money to spend on a steam mop or something. The rooms were dirty and one of them had an air conditioner that blew moldy air that was barely cool.

From the start the gentleman was very welcoming and friendly! Older property so condition of room was ok. Bed was very comfortable.

shower didn't work

Budget cost means budget room. Found black hair on the bed when I pulled the blankets back, I suppose could’ve been from putting the sheets on. Generally kind of grimy, dirt on walls, floors. Gentleman at front desk was polite but the woman was short with us. Overall, if you need a last minute room and don’t want to pay $300/night summer rates it’s okay for one or two nights.

Rooms not kept well, poor service

I stayed here for one night in July 2025 while passing through. The man behind the counter was very pleasant when checking me in. The room was small, but clean, comfortable and quiet. It had a double bed, tub with shower with plenty of hot water, frig, microwave, flatscreen TV, free Wi-fi, coffeemaker, and shampoo/conditioner.

There were only four outlets in the room (plus two in the bathroom) and three of the outlets were being used by the TV, frig and microwave. There was only an overhead light (a table lamp would have been better on my eyes). There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and I could not get the window open.
