Yelton Manor was such a wonderful place to stay in South Haven. I really liked how peaceful and relaxing it felt from the moment I arrived. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and full of charm. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and gave the stay such a personal touch. I also loved the location, just a short walk to the beach and downtown South Haven. The staff was welcoming and made sure every detail was taken care of. Everything about Yelton Manor made the experience special and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in South Haven.

While I really enjoyed my stay at Yelton Manor, there were a couple of small things that could have been better. Parking was a little tight and not the easiest to figure out when I first arrived. The rooms, while charming, felt a bit smaller than I expected. Breakfast was good, but I would have liked a little more variety. None of these things ruined my stay, but they stood out to me and could make the experience even better.

Location is fantastic. House is very unique with so many fun nooks to explore. The two days breakfast was served, it was excellent and the menu was different each morning.

Except for breakfast staff (who was a no-show one morning of our stay) we did not interact with any other staff. We have stayed here before and it seemed much more professionally run the previous time. Rooms do not have their own A/C controls although the weather was cooler so that wasn't a big issue.

The location, which is so close to the beach and downtown. The outdoor and indoor places to sit were lovely.

This was a fantastic historic home to stay at. It was clean, private and the breakfast was excellent every day. One of the best reasons to stay here is the beach access. The hotel is less than 100 feet from the parking lot of Dyckman Beach - a public beach. So easy to walk to each day! We wish the hotel had an ice machine and a microwave for guests.
