Why would you charge a 100 dollar deposit and not tell no one before the room is booked then when checking in the deposit is charged to your card before your informed of the charge this is crazy and most other hotels only charge 50 dollars but they tell you before the charge is made also the hotel advertised free hot breakfast there was nothing hot about a cup cake

If you're looking for cheap, functional and basic, then this is your spot! But if you are expecting top shelf service, accommodations and up to date modern facilities you will be very disappointed, among other things!

It would have been okay but it was pretty gross.

Room was great. Parking lot/exterior needs some attention. Breakfast was adequate, but could use a little more variety.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Quiet and calm area. Exercise center, Client laundry room, in room amenities. Lots of restaurants. Nestled on the edge of the South Mountains with excellent views of the Appalachians. I highly recommend The Baymont Super 8 off of exit 105 I-40.

After reading a number of reviews, we were prepared to be disappointed here, but we were pleasantly surprised. It's no 5 star hotel, (but since we've never stayed in a 5 star hotel), that's not a problem for us. The room was fine. The air conditioner did make some noise at times. (I first thought it was a truck outside, but finally figured it was when the condenser kicked in.) The bathroom door wouldn't completely shut. I was impressed with the water pressure in the shower and with how hot the water got so fast. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast isn't much, but it'll keep you from going hungry. (For a little while at least.) With the high cost of everything these days, it was worth the price.

They were there for us so much it started to feel like family being there and getting to know the staff.

The bedsheet it’s really nasty and dirty.

Second time staying at this location and both time it has been a positive experience. Would definitely recommend this location to anything traveling and staying in that area.
