The first room assigned to us was terrible. Not terrible in its condition, but terrible in its location. It was so dark that it was like being in a dungeon. The only window was overlooking a bricked in hallway. Unacceptable. So we asked for another room and they did not have another room with a king/non-smoking as requested (and paid for). So we ended up in a double room. Perhaps a refund should be coming our way.

The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff at the desk were unfriendly The breakfast was inedible 😬

didnt eat breakfast

Staff was indifferent. Photos on website are not applicable to actual rooms. I booked the room on several photos of couch area in room on Booking.com. I was told at check in they were "old photos". Room was bare with really uncomfortable seats. TV channels were beyond basic, so we didn't use. I needed to cancel a night, due to work requirements, it took 45 minutes to cancel a room for the next night.
