Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

This is an older hotel. The clawfoot tub was awesome for a bath this morning! Comfortable bed, quiet and well situated to get to the water and the market

Choose this hotel primarily for price and 2nd for its location. Hotel is centrally located, and 5 min walk from Pike Place. Room was clean, bed was a little soft and the bathroom was functional. The main issue was the lack of heat and after asking multiple times the staff were able to provide extra blankets and a space heater. The other inconvenience was only one physical key. So, if two people wanted to do something they would have to coordinate room key access or leave it at front desk.

Liked the old building, definitely had some character. Beds were clean and room was very spacious, would come again!

Absolutely loved the people who work there They are very helpful and happy to help. The area was an awesome choice for us. It is central to Pike Place, and all transportation options are within walking distance. There is alot of homeless in the area they do leave you alone. We felt safe everywhere we went.

Loved this older renovated older restored hotel. Good location and friendly helpful staff.

Convenient location. Close to Pike Market and public transportation, including the Link Light Rail station a couple of blocks away.

It was great. Super friendly and helpful staff, adorable room and a great coffee shop downstairs.
