Do atendimento da recepção e da localização

O quarto não foi o que vi nas fotos, a segunda cama ficava num mesanino , muito baixo, as pessoas batem a cabeça, o local é simples, mas eu achei descuidado e não simples. Os cobertores não estavam ensacados e estavam com cheiro de mofo. O valor cobrado poderia ser mais barato considerando a estética encontrada no lugar.
