Days Inn by Wyndham Grayson

Very clean and comfortable room!

We were moving our son into Kentucky Christian University and stayed here for the night. William checked us in and was the absolute best! He was very welcoming and informed us on everything we needed to know. You definitely got a great employee when you hired him. We will definitely be back and would stay here again.

Staff were efficient but not as friendly as the last time I stayed here. The room was tidy and spacious, but the cleaning wasn't detailed - there were crumbs and dirt on the chair and in the tub. Also, there is an extreme use of plastic on the breakfast offering - probably an effort at sanitation, but could be improved to reduce waste.

Our room had a leak from the sink. The curtains didnt block out all of the light. Otherwise it was a fine stay. The staff were very kind.

Upon checking into our room we were hit with an awful musty smell in our room, there were brown cigarette stains on the edge of the tub, and mystery stains on the bathroom wall. The hallway carpet was missing chunks. The breakfast was terrible with warm orange juice with reusable ice cubes floating in it and a few items you could throw in the microwave that were not good at all, I wish that's where my review would end but upon getting home we realized the hotel had charged us an additional fee. I called the hotel and was told it was a price change with no explanation for it given, we booked through Hotels.com so i contacted them and was told we were charged extra by Days inn for our 2 kids being adults. They are NOT adults and per Days Inn's website children under 18 stay for free ( see screen shot) and per Hotels.com their policy is under 18 stays for free, I listed the kids and their ages when booking the hotel so there should be no changes to the booking. I have called the hotel multiple times and the manager is always due in the next day and i'm told they will call me however they refuse to call me back to straighten this out, not one time did any staff ask us to verify the age of our children which were a long ways from 18 so beware this property will steal your money!

Good basic hotel.

Was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We have spent way more on others and definitely was not close to these. Employees and manager was great. Rooms were super clean. You walk into lobby and the clean smell is wonderful. Staff helped us find things to do in area. Outside was clean.

Hotel staff are friendly and responsive.

We were very pleased with every aspect of our visit. Room was clean and quiet. We will be staying there again I'm sure.
