En la calle de insurgentes y todo conectado y en la condesa, el personal súper amable y el check out hasta la 1 pm

Actualmente se encuentra en remodelaciones por lo que puede que haya más ruido de lo normal. Por favor no suspendan el servicio de estacionamiento, es parte del porqué elijo constantemente este hotel ya que la ubicación es inmejorable.

Está remodelado y se descansa por qué no se escucha ningún ruido del exterior

La estancia fue muy agradable y segura, lo único que no me agradó fue que se percibía un poco de polvo al interior de la recepción y estacionamiento por causa de obras de mantenimiento al mismo. Por lo demás...sin problema alguno.

Muy mal, el hotel está en medio de una reparación profunda, hay muchísimo polvo por todos lados, muchísimo ruido y el servicio de agua es intermitente. FATAL

El hotel está recién remodelado, lo que hizo que todo se sintiera nuevo y limpio. Aún no instalaban el AC y eso fue un punto en contra pero fuera de eso, el servicio excelente.

The rooms are new and comfortable, the common spaces need renewals but I think they are doing them. It has free parking. Very good price and location.

Todo perfecto! Solo que en mi caso como la habitación estaba a orilla de calle se escucha absolutamente todo. Pero regresaría sin dudarlo.

Where do I begin? Elevator wasn’t working on the first day we arrived, so we have to walk up 3 flights of stairs and through an unsafe construction zone to get to our room, and no one from the front desk offered to help us even though my girlfriend is pregnant. Three days into our stay, we were told that we had to move to a different room due to construction. Again wasn’t offered any help or even breakfast for the inconvenience. We finally move to our new room and our new room is infested with roaches. Definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
