Friendly staff, great room, great value for money, they welcomed us despite our late arrival. All good!

Nice place with friendly staff. It was good for walking about Biella. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was fine. I would stay here again.

Some really loud yelling at night - not the hotel's fault though

Buon hotel situato in una piazza con parcheggio di fronte (non custodito). Camera e bagno piccoli ma funzionali, frigo bar con acqua gratuita e colazione buona nel bar annesso. Come struttura direi che è più un buon 3 stelle. Consigliato

Location, easy to access from train station

Requested twin room- got a double and reception said it couldn’t be changed Shower was mouldy Breakfast was poor- limited selection and no milk for cereal etc Smelt of smoke

I been staying more than 20 years with this hotel and no change. It is quite nice to stay at this hotel.

Last 20 years no change... Some of its equipment is getting old.

We booked a double room with separate beds. As this was not available we were given a second room free of charge. The breakfast was all freshly made (yet rather for someone with a sweet tooth - mainly muffins, croissants, cakes etc). Wide variety of fresly made coffees. Lots of free parking spaces in front of the hotel.

My room was diretly at a sometimes very busy roundabout. But with windows closed it was ok especially during night time. Unfortunately, except breakfast, no restaurant. However, this was not really necessary as there are lots of restaurants nearby in walking distance.
