"Excellent choice of hotel. I loved the quietness and relaxation."

10.0

It was a lovely hotel and I felt very welcome. The room has a lovely view to some gardens and it is quiet and comfortable. The reception staff were excellent. Highly recommend it. Thank you.

the breakfast was great but I would have liked to have had more options. (porrage or fried egg or fresh toast or something like that). That said, the selection was very good and all the food was fresh. Coffee was also great. Thank you

"Excellent rooms"

10.0

Don't be put off by the underwhelming exterior of this hotel. The rooms are modern and - speaking as somebody who sleeps in hotels more than at home - I would say this place ticks more boxes than most. The rooms are really pleasant and quiet (I was at the back) and can completely shut out light, the interior lighting is very good (once you've figured out how to use the switches), the beds are really comfortable and the showers are excellent. How many hotels out of 100 could you write all that about?! HIghly recommended.

"Ok, but not 4stars"

6.0

the hotel is clean and totally recommendable, but never 4 stars. Breakfast minus 1 point, not too frendly, but the rooms ok and worth the price. Although others said that it would be in the center, it s not really. For the location would be betters.

"CENTRAL HOTEL, NICE ROOMS, FRIENDLY, FREE PARKING IN PIAZZA OUTSIDE"

8.0

Spent nearly 2 weeks here whilst my car was being repaired (parts had to come from Germany!). This is a very central hotel just 3 mins walk from the railway station. I had a very comfortable, quiet room facing into a green garden area. The staff, esp. the manager, are very pleasant and helpful. My room was always impeccably tidied each day although, after 12hrs or so, there was bit of a whiff in the bathroom...there is a wet room drain. Breakfast is pleasant: freshly squeezed orange juice and nice coffee. The breakfast fare does not change from its croissants, bread, cakes, jams format which was a bit of a downer after so many days but I now understand, alas too late, that I could have requested e.g. scrambled eggs.

"Very Centrally Located"

8.0

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There is free parking and the WiFi is free and fast. Breakfast is taken in the caffe at the front of the hotel and is not your usual fare, however there is plenty on offer including great tarts and coffee. It was most enjoyable. Staff are friendly and attentive. It's an good Italian 4 star property

"Friendly hotel with old fashioned values of care"

8.0

Do not be put off by the outside appearance! The hotel is part of the first floor of a block of flats built in the 70s with no aesthetic appeal. The inside is fully modernised in a typical Italian mix of tech and charm. The owner manager, Bruno, is on site virtually all the time and he with other charming staff make the hotel rather unique. This is mainly a business city so tourists are uncommon yet the hotel never felt that way. The staff provide help and advice as needed. . While Biella has limited attractions the surrounds are beautiful and there is plenty to do. So having a help is appreciated. There are several well restaurants nearby all good value - so ask. The Hotel is on the road so if you need quiet, ask for a rear facing room which have pleasant views to the local apartments across a large open green space. You can easily leave the windows open all night at the back as it is so quiet. Rooms are not large but decently furnished to a modern style and very clean. The high quality bed linen is changed daily. Breakfast is raised above the usual by Bruno serving your coffee, watching his orange juice machine (boy's toys) make the juice for you and eating the claimed and changing home made cakes and croissants, the latter particularly good for Italy. Not a lot of fruit compared to some hotels - so if you want some, buy it next door or ask Bruno. Parking outside is free and proved easy for us, especially at the end of the day when the workers have all gone home. Seems safe as we left the window open one night and te car was untouched. ( We were accosted by the best dressed "beggar" lady who spoke excellent and polite English!) Downsides : Some of the rooms appeared quite small, the AC was struggling in the very humid hot weather and the front rooms are a bit noisy.
