super Frühstück mit großer abwechslungsreicher Auswahl sehr bequeme Betten moderne Einrichtung Fahrradverleih im Hotel (nur die Fahrräder waren umbequem für längere Fahrten) sehr freundliches Personal großer Pool- und Spa-Bereich gute Lage des Hotels, aber am Rand von Kolberg etwas abseits vom Geschehen (Promenade und Strand gut fußläufig zu erreichen)

Hotel nowy, stąd wszystko zadbane i czyściutkie. Eleganckie pokoje, bardzo wygodne łóżka, dobrej jakości pościele. Panie sprzątające trochę nie nadążają, ale myślę ze to kwestia organizacji. Fanstastyczny Aqua park, choć na stronie hotels.com wstęp tylko na godzinę dziennie - brak takiej informacji. Śniadania urozmaicone, wszystkiego dużo, jednak rozlokowane jest wszystko na niewielkiej przestrzeni, stąd mnóstwo ludzi dosłownie wchodzi na siebie nawzajem. Niektóre produkty mrożone!!! i nie zawsze ulegały dokładnemu podgrzaniu... W otoczeniu hotelu nie ma sklepów, restauracji i kawiarni, jednak trzeba kawałek dojść. Podobnie plaża - też daleko. Poza tym taki hotel powinien mieć na plaży leżaki i wytyczone miejsca dla gości hotelowych.
