Conch Villa- 3 Min walk to the beaches

Lage, Ausstattung, Zimmergröße, Sauberkeit, kostenlose Waschmaschine.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war nicht die beste. Auch die erste und einzige Unterkunft in Sri Lanka die sofort bei Ankunft nach einer Bezahlung verlangte. Wirkte leider alles etwas Geldgetrieben. Im Badezimmer waren viele Ameisen und manchmal auch andere kleinere Insekten wie Würmer, aber dies war kein Drama.

very clean, a lot of space, laundry machine and kitchen, new mosquito net for the bed, near restaurant and beaches, staff was really helpful and friendly 🙏🏽

at the beginning the wifi was working okayish, but after some days the provider had problems and it didn’t work at all anymore because of poya holiday

We were self catering for one week but our host and his family were very kind to us.they cooked for us at times as well as arranging tuk tuks for us. The whole stay was amazing.My wife and myself have travelled to many countries,but the welcome we had here was the best we have ever encountered. water as we moved onto our next place. Absolutely perfect.

For the price this property was great

one night the nieghbour acrothe Road had a family birthday. The music was so loud our apartment was banging with the volume of the music... I'm aware this was a one off, but even so it was awful at the time.

Very spacious facility and the person administering it was super friendly

Schönes großes Zimmer und Bad, sehr sauber. Mit schönem kleinen Balkon (der wurde aber leider von Affen eingenommen). Ruhige Lage da in einer Nebenstraße gelegen und sehr nah zum Strand. Eine Küche mit Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und nicht aufdringlich. Auch ein Scooter zum mieten steht bereit.

The most important and biggest help we had while we were spending our time at conch villa was that we were able to wash our cloths for free of charge. We had a washing machine for that. If we had to hire an outside laundry facility if would have cost a lot of money. We were able to get all these facilities from within the villa. In addition, there are lots of restaurants around the villa. It was a great convenience for us as it was very close to the beach and the city. As for the surroundings of the villa it is located in a very nice & peaceful area. The inside of the villa, the rooms we stayed in was very large & we had good a/c and a clean bathrooms.

Nothing really worked in this apartment. The tv was not plugged in , the WiFi was really bad, the AC was not working (we had to reset the system everytime ). Also they asked us not to give a negative review but cancel the booking and we would get 10% off. The communication was also difficult with the staff. For all of these issues way to overpriced.
