Broken chair in the room. Poor view off rear of property, the hotel wasn’t close to being full. Poor way to represent the hotel.

Tried to enjoy a nice beach side vacation. It was not to be. This place, and apparently all the way up to ownership, forget what hospitality is all about. Over charged & held money 150$ for incidentals Sold corner room with view “the biggest room in hotel” view was parking lot & not actually a corner No dresser for a 5 night stay. Said we could have more hangers. Room set up was dysfunctional- Couch is underneath tv.. bed was facing street lights. The tv was to the right. No furniture on balcony Parking is 40$ a night. Valet was not attending. Retrieved own vehicle bc we had a second key. Pool towels were the size of a hand towel (covered nothing) The heated pool was warmer than the hot tub. Due to owners choice. We asked several times to turn it up. when checking out we had to make 2 trips & inbetween them (7 min max) what we left was gone including several bottles of alcohol. It was eventually returned to us. With all of this in mind we left a voicemail 3 days into our 5 day stay to the manager Tom. We received no return phone call & no acknowledgment. Hospitality used to mean something. I suggest that this place and the owner / management do some soul searching. People save a long time for a beach trip to Ft Lauderdale.

Beautiful hotel and on a nice spot.

Problems with bookings and the staff not offering to help. We also did not have hot water...hot on demand apparently. So don't bargain on a warm shower when you want it.

We checked in on the 6th, left on the 8th. We had no hot water for our entire stay. They gave multiple answers to our group as to what was happening. The room was setup so that the bed faced the window, overlooking the parking lot. That was okay but the TV was on the wall to the right. You couldn't watch TV from your bed unless you turned your head to the right. There were pictures on the wall to the left of the bed. It looked like the bed had been against the wall at one time facing the TV. There was a green light flashing all night long from the fire alarm. You could see that the room was not setup properly. Short staffed for breakfast. If this happened off season, what will happen in season? Our friends had the same thing with the room setup. Some did get hot water before we left.

We did not have hot water two mornings in a row. You can’t watch TV. Couch sits under TV and Bed is turned away from TV. No chairs in the room. Balcony but no chairs to sit on. Closet door to closet when open blocks drawers. It is just a terrible layout. It took over an hour to get a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast because only one waitress handling entire dining room. Would never stay here again
