The location is very close to the center of the old city, a few minutes walk and parking was available (in October) on the street and in parking for a nearby market that was free.

1. Using the name of the facility instead of the address does not take you to the correct location. The address is confusing too. X 2. If we had not found a person who spoke Italian to talk to the receptionist, who sent us a picture of the entrance to the bldg, we would never had found it - the only sign is a tiny one by the buzzer. 3. The booking.com site lists: coffee machine, there is none, no minibar, no services as listed, no iron facilities, no English spoken 4. The bathroom/room had a musty/off odor This is not a B&B, no breakfast is provided (B&B means bed and breakfast)

very good location, clean and tidy, although the bathroom could use a refresh (ceiling). well-functioning air conditioning

no breakfast, which is a joke in a facility called Bed&Breakfast. the room lacks many amenities that were included in the description (e.g. coffee machine, ironing equipment). the room is definitely not soundproof - hear screams from the street even with the windows closed. service quite annoying in asking about the time of check-in (which we didn't know until catching the train from the airport) - as it turned out later, it's because the reception there doesn't really work, and the English-speaking team is present only at the time of check-in. then there was no trace of the service and we only saw a local lady keeping the facility clean, who did not speak English (so she was not helpful in answering questions).
