Great place and staff!

Very relaxing atmosphere

So glad we stayed here! I was looking for lodging that was walking distance to Whitewater Ampitheater which was highly recommended and this was the place. Our back door opened to the extended patio overlooking the Guadalupe River. What a great place to be!

We loved this property! It has a beautiful view of the river. The rooms were immaculate, staff very friendly and it is in a great location. We look forward to staying here again!!!

Doc and Wendy are such nice people they make you feel welcome from when you check in! The property is right on the river and is walking distance to the Whitewater Amphetheater if you are tubing or seeing a concert. If you don't mind walking, there is the Riverose Tavern and a small coffee hut open early to get a latte and bagel. Definately would recommend the Horsehoe Riverside lodge

We loved this stay!! The outside area was awesome to sit at by the river. We sat outside at night and just listened to the frogs and watched the lightning bugs zap around. The room was nice and cool. The bed was cozy. We will definitely be back!

It's obvious the owners Wendy and Doc put a lot of love into their lodge. The grounds are manicured leading up to the bank of the Guadalupe river. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.
