Beautiful river setting. Waterfoul. Cool folks running the place

Always a great stay at Horseshoe Riverside Lodge. Easy walk to Whitewater Amphitheater for a concert or to a couple of local restaurants. Step off the back porch to float the Horseshoe portion of the Guadalupe. Owners and staff are hard working and very accommodating. We will be back soon!

Lovely stay here. Enjoyed my coffee on the patio listening to the birds and the river just steps away.

Wendy and Doc are so welcoming and they always check in to make sure we have everything we need. The property is beautiful—so peaceful and well-kept. We love staying here. It’s a great get-away!

LOVED the back deck overlooking the river. The room was great except the bathroom. For a man, it’s okay. For women who have to primp it’s awkward. The location and back of the hotel make up for the awkward bathroom though. And it was clean. Internet didn’t work well either.

Perfect location for the river & to Whitewater Amphitheater. Super clean, staff was overly helpful & kind! Definitely will be back.

This is the best place on the river to stay this is our 2nd year and plan on being back every year! Location is close to Gruene or New braunfels and the Hwy. I want to thank them for being a great place!
