SureStay Hotel by Best Western Spicer

The staff was very friendly. The price was acceptable. The room was very clean. The shower worked very well. The bed was comfortable. I would stay there again. We checked out very early. Before the free breakfast. So we were not able to have breakfast there. I cannot rate the food.

Lillian went above & beyond to answer my questions and identify and help me with my needs. My stay was brief, so I didn't utilize any amenities. But I smelled breakfast warming up on the way out. I'll bet it would have been great. My room was clean and comfortable, and I slept well. Thank you!

Hotel was not full and we were put on the second floor without elevator. Ice machine stopped working. Room smelled musty. Check in took 10 minutes. Back entrance near our room was not accessible. Key did not work.

It was just so comfortable, clean n well worth the money. I'll definitely be coming back soon. Also loved that there was a bar right across the street from the hotel which was even better cus we walked across the street for a few drinks. Let's not forget the view of the lake either. Just perfect....

Our Minnesota Band members stayed on our recent concert tour, and we were so pleased with our rooms, the breakfast, the room rates, and the location just across the street from beautiful Green Lake. Lillian took very good care of our group. We would stay there again.
