Hotel Causeway, Colaba

The reception staff was very rude and wouldn't answer hello or goodbye.

It is good in location.

Location is really good. Walking distance to Gateway of India and Taj Hotel. Staff were friendly.

Room is quite pricey - I get that accommodation in Mumbai is expensive though. No water or coffee packs provided daily. Hotel staff liked doing work at 1am for some reason. One the first day someone was cleaning a kitchen upstairs and moving around furniture. On the third night hotel staff were taping up boxes outside the rooms. Staff also chill in the area outside the room which makes it a bit hard to have conversations inside. Seemed like the staff were waiting for a tip after every bit of help.

3 single beds rather than share a king size. Right in the heart of Colaba. Easy walk to the Taj hotel and Gateway to India.

At times difficult to access as in a busy market. Nowhere to hang clothes.

Location of the hotel is very central

There was a lot of stains on the bedsheets.. they were not feel like clean.

Great location. As you step out, you are in the hub of the shopping in Colaba.

3rd floor is very noisy. 2nd floor is nice and quiet. No iron or hairdryer. They should keep at reception and give to guests as they need.

Very nice location in the heart of the city with market, shops and lots or restaurants nearby, the staff is always available on reception and in every floor of the building to keep them safe, the room is decent size with two comfortable beds, working AC and clean bed sheets and towels, the room is quiet and has a small window.

They don't accept payments trough Booking and with card on spot, only in cash and preferable in local currency, the bathroom is next to the bed, separated from thin glass wall and for people that don't know each other well could be uncomfortable.
