The inside was very nice!

It’s very noisy, couldn’t not rest comfortably because of the noise! People standing in front of my door and window made me very uncomfortable. Ice machine in front of building don’t work.

It was unclear that the hotel used Columbus GA time zone. The hotel alarm clock was set via Phoenix City -CST time zone.

The staff was very rude with my mother. They did not have clear signs stating there were mandatory cleaning check ins every 3 days and were rude when explaining why they wouldn’t extend the reservation
