Fantastic location and facilities were exceptional

The spa facilities were fantastic and our room was very comfortable. We used the restaurant on both of the evenings that we stayed and had lovely meals

Excellent location, rooms were comfortable, clean & had everything you needed.

Most of the staff were excellent. Friendly, approachable & helpful. The reception team were wonderful & made us feel at home & there was a lovely gentleman who helped park the car. Unfortunately the breakfast lead gentleman made us feel uncomfortable both days. On the first day we asked for coffee& were made to feel it was our fault we didn’t get offered it. We had been seated by the waitress & our room ticked off as we were meant to do. On the second day one of the breakfasts was a bit burnt & didn’t taste good & we were made to feel a nuisance. A very half hearted response & replacement made. Breakfast wasn’t enjoyable. We didn’t feel we could say anything. This puts me off going back.

Everything was nice quality, expensive brands / furnishings in the bedroom. I hate going on holiday to somewhere less well finished than my own home and Harbour Beach Club did not Disappoint, the room was high spec and bed was very comfortable. Food and bar were also spot on.

Starting to look a little run down in places, damp/mould around the bottom of the patio doors, blown render, timber walkways seen better days. All to be expected for somewhere on the seafront, so not an issue at all, but would be nice to see it being taken care of in the near future. Also ground floor sea view room was a bit too close to the public terrace, balcony literally out onto a thoroughfare. Again not a big issue, and some may even see this as a social plus point. In future I would prefer a 1st floor or above, but again this is personal preference.

The spa was fully booked, but we did book this trip last minute so it is no reflection of the spa or service.

Damp stale smell in the room.

The location was absolutely beautiful, I was sad to leave. We did pay for the best room but all the rooms looked gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious, and the spa was an added bonus

The only thing I didn't like was that the room had an interconnecting door as you could hear people more in the room next door
