직원분도 친절하셨고, 바로앞에 24시간 슈퍼있어요. 위치도 나쁘지않은데. 주변 도로가 일방통행인건지 택시탔을때 호텔을 앞에두고 쫌 멀리가서 유턴이 가능해요. 택시보다 상지대가역에서 내려서 걷는걸 추천하는 위치입니다. 13층에서 뷰도 나쁘지않았고, 주변도 시끄럽지않고 조용하게 잘 지냈습니다. 침대도 높고 편했어요. 에어컨 잘됩니다. 객실 좋았어요 친구는 첫날엔 담배냄새 있었다고 하던데. 나중엔 별말없었어요.

Выбирали отель по отзывам и фотографиям. Очень понравилось, что в номере было 2 двухспальных кровати, т.к. путешествовали с подругой и комфорт был для нас важен. При этом номер был довольно просторный. В номере было всё необходимое для продолжительного проживания. Каждый день меняли полотенца, приносили воду. Завтраки были очень вкусные и выбор блюд очень разнообразный. Наедались на полдня (отдельное спасибо поварам). Персонал доброжелательный и заботливый, часто вызывали нам такси и помогали по различным вопросам. Расположение тоже удобное, до пешеходной улицы и Софийского собора около 15 минут прогулочным шагом. Недалеко железнодорожный вокзал и метро. С удовольствием порекомендую этот отель для проживания на любой срок.

Всё было хорошо. Единственное, чего нам не хватило - это СПА в отеле. С удовольствием бы делали массаж вечерами...

"Room with cigarettes smells"

- overall lighting in the room, lift area, corridor are dark - cigarettes smells on the towel, bed linen, corridor and room despite we ordered a non smoking room. Perhaps there are other customers smoking in their room with the central air conditioning on. - bad smells on the pillows and we have to ask for a changes - room size is rather small and not a great view lookout from the room - we have stayed in Harbin for 4 nights and have tried other hotel which we found have better value and condition than Fairfield Marriott Harbin

Приветливый персонал. Доп кровать поставили быстрее чем мы поднялись из лобби. Дальше все как в стандартном мариоте. Удобная кровать и все такое.

Дверь в душе ставил идиот. Она открывается во внутрь. Когда вы зашли в душ вас надо вжаться в угол что бы закрыть дверь. В отеле нет бара и ресторана. Поэтому если приехали в обед например то бегите в город или если пользуетесь китайскими приколюхами заказываете еду с доставкой.
