La ubicación es sin duda el punto fuerte del establecimiento en pleno casco histórico. Amplitud de las habitaciones. Bonitos patios interiores. Amabilidad de la mayoría del personal. Buena relación calidad-precio.

La recepción (no el personal sino la sala en sí) es deprimente y no está a la altura del hotel contrastando con el resto de la propiedad. Por otra parte da la impresión de que no le dan importancia al restaurante (carta..), de hecho no está abierto para cenas, algo extraño dada la ubicación del lugar. Las habitaciones si bien están decoradas con buen gusto tienen una iluminación blanca equivocada.
