Super schöne geräumige Zimmer , Betten gut usw.. Sauna alles okay !

Wir hatten eine technische Panne in 2 Nächten die uns den Schlaf geraubt hat . Der Umgang seitens der Hotelführung war unterirdisch !! Noch nicht mal ein frühstücksangebot zum Ausgleich . Schönes Hotel ohne präsentes Personal und Service . Außerdem sehr laut ‚Motorradstrecke‘ direkt am Hotel .

"Like a retreat from daily troubles"

The view and the quietness were special, everything calm und relaxed.

Personally I do not like carpeted floors, but I guess, they would be too cold otherwise. Parkett would be nice.

Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, alle Appartements scheinen Blick auf den großen Alpser zu haben

Macht Werbung mit Panoramarestaurant, aber das hat scheinbar dauerhaft geschlossen, was sehr schade ist da das Hotel etwas außerhalb liegt
