Good but staff were kind of slow at the restaurant in the morning and gave no assitance or advise whatsoever.

The location was good considering I travelled for work at the UN. However I did not like the fact that the bathroom items i.e shower gel was in one big container meaning guests keep sharing. They need to bring in small ones .Also they should consider incorporating small toothpaste tubes for guests. Otherwise I had an amazing stay.Then the fact that they dont sell sweet wine then the answer to this sounded racist to me but they should consider.

FOOD WAS GOOD HOWEVER CHEF KEPT OVERCOOKING THE MEAT UNTIL IT WAS SO DRY AND HARD YOU COULD NOT CUT IT. ROOMS- SINK TAP DID NOT WORK ROOMS NEED TO BE UPGRADED SO OLD HARD TO KEEP CLEAN BATROOMS HAVE VISABLE SIGNS OF MOULD

small & friendly great Thai massage & food we stayed one night prior to flying home & preferred this hotel to the Queen Victoria hotel we had stayed at before our tour.
