"1 star hotel only because rating can't be lower"

Nothing, we didn't stay.

The hotel is located behind an abandoned business, very dark, and it looks like you're entering a horror movie. Once we checked in, we found out that the pool was closed even though on the app (we booked on booking.com), it said the pool was open. That was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. It was very outdated and smelled. We got in our room and it was dirty, it had been cleaned but it was just dirty. The bathroom was grungy, and around the tub and behind the bathroom door was actual dirt piled up. The walls had water damage on it like the room had been flooded. The clock had a white scum all over it. We talked to the front desk, called booking.com, and then left the hotel, we didnt feel safe. We had absolutely no contact with the hotel after that because they wouldn't respond to any emails. Every phone call was given the same reply that it was sent to email via the manager, and there was no reply.

"Not honest at the desk and scamming the customers"

The false accusations, having many more people than I have had in the room and telling my customer my guest to leave as they're trying to come up to visit me after refusing to give me the room. I booked for I'm assuming their family because they looked the same as I saw them. Come up the room in the middle of the night being told. It was closed for maintenance.

"Downgraded for same price"

Comfy and clean bedding

Paid for a king suite and got downgraded but still paid the amount for a king vs the downgraded room. Pool and hot tub were down.
