Not my first stay here, probably won't be my last, either. Friendly owner, good value and pleasant area to stay in.

The staffing very disrespectful. They treated guests like they superior than you. They aren’t friendly at all.

It was dated but clean

Small facility in a busy street, very noisy at night. The security and safety are worrisome too. Limited parking.

how does a hotel not have an ice machine.was told by the person that checked me in that i had to cross the street to buy a bag of ice.dangerous cross.no coffee available in the morning had to drive half a mile for coffee.i know these might seem to be minor complaints but its called customer service. wont ever stay here again. hotel.com should be ashamed of them selves for giving this place such high ratlng will think twice about using them again.

Loved the amazing service from the staff. We got there well before check-in (due to an early flight), and the staff was so accommodating in getting us a room within the hour. This place is also walking distance from a few restaurants and a CVS. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the hotel isn’t far from PBI airport. Overall: 10/10

Wasn’t bad. Will probably stay again. Quiet. Outdated? Yes. Bothersome? No. Don’t need fancy just comfortable.

The room was dirty and the facilities advertised were not working. The receptionist appeared upset and rude at checking guests into the hotel

It was a very old beach hotel and needs to be updated severely!
